Available Visa Pathways

State Sponsorship and Regional Pathways
All Australian states sponsor medical sonographers, particularly for regional and remote roles. Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia have active healthcare recruitment partnerships with international agencies. New South Wales and Victoria also sponsor, but competition is higher due to larger applicant pools.
Regional migration programs (subclasses 189, 190, 491) are not available to you because sonography is a short-term occupation only.
