Canada CRS Score Calculator

Calculate your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for Express Entry 2026 — including category-based draws, PNP +600 bonus, and French language factors. About 4 minutes.

Your CRS score ranks you in Canada's Express Entry pool for permanent residence. Scores are awarded for age, education, language proficiency, work experience, and adaptability factors. A provincial nomination adds 600 points and virtually guarantees an Invitation to Apply. Category-based draws targeting specific occupations or French proficiency can have lower cutoffs than general draws.

Step 1 of 10
Step 1 — Profile
What is your marital / partner status?
This determines whether spouse/partner sub-factors apply to your CRS score.
Step 2 — Age
How old are you?
CRS age points peak at 20–29 and drop to zero at 45. Points change at every birthday from 30 — select your exact age.
Step 3 — Education
What is your highest level of education?
Select the credential you've completed. A Canadian Education Credential Assessment (ECA) is required for foreign credentials.
Step 4 — First Language
What is your English (or first language) CLB level?
CLB = Canadian Language Benchmark. IELTS: 6.0→CLB 7, 6.5→CLB 8, 7.0→CLB 9, 7.5+→CLB 10 (Listening needs more: 7.5→CLB 8, 8.0→CLB 9, 8.5→CLB 10). CRS scores each of Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening separately.
Step 5 — Canadian Work Experience
Years of skilled work experience in Canada?
Skilled work = TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation. Must be in Canada on a valid work authorisation.
Step 6 — Foreign Work Experience
Years of skilled work experience outside Canada?
Must be TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3. Adds skill transferability points when combined with education and language.
Step 7 — French Language
What is your French language ability?
French proficiency adds up to +50 bonus points AND may qualify you for French-language draws (cutoffs as low as CRS 340). If you speak French, your per-ability NCLC score also earns separate core second-language points (up to +24).
Step 8 — Spouse / Partner Sub-factors
Tell us about your spouse or partner.
When applying as a couple, your spouse's education, language, and Canadian work experience each add sub-factor points (max 40 pts combined).
Partner's education level
Partner's CLB level (lowest of the four abilities — English or French)
Partner's Canadian work experience
Step 9 — Bonus Points
Do any of these bonus factors apply?
Select the most applicable. A Provincial Nominee Certificate adds +600 — virtually guaranteeing an Express Entry invitation.
Step 10 — Destination
Which province or region interests you most?
We'll show province-specific guidance in your results, including the Quebec note and PNP recommendations tailored to your preference.
